  • 1965 – Don Mainland launched Pioneer Products
  • 1970 – Pioneer acquires Petersen Machine which specialized in precision turning and jig boring for aerospace parts
  • 1980 – Pioneer hits $2 million in sales and would multiply to over $12 million over the next decade while adding 40 additional employees
  • 1991 – 750,000 defect free parts for Chrysler’s 1990/1991 model year
  • 1993 – Statistical process control systems become an integral part of operations
  • 1997 – Four straight Chrysler quality of excellence awards and Chrysler’s Pentastar top quality supplier award
  • 2002 – Pioneer adds 29,000 sq. feet to existing location to total 112,000 sq. feet
  • 2010 – Palletech Machine investment drives Pioneer to become a high tech machine shop
  • 2015 – Added second Palletech machine to our fleet
  • 2016 – Implemented machine monitoring and ANDON system
  • 2017 – Purchased 3D Creaform scanner to enhance our quality department process
  • 2018 – Added third Palletech machine to our fleet
